McQueen Lives on....

These are just beautiful. Alexander McQueen is truely a fashion icon that will be greatly missed, however these pieces prove that the legacy lives on. Forever.

How amazing are these Assad Mounser necklaces! It shows the crystal/agate trend is here to stay for a while. These statement pieces are amazing to be paired with a plain black t-shirt or singlet, a hot blazer and tight jeans! True craftsmanship!

Siren "Appro" and Military Trending

Photobucket

Right now, loving these Siren 'Appro' platforms! They're a cheaper take on the shoes designed by Marc Jabobs for Louis Vuitton 'Spicy Sandals' range. Had to get my sleazy hands on these!

Here's Beyonce wearing the Louis Vuitton version.

Other than that, loving floral, military looks (think khaki), bows, and platform shoes that are near impossible to walk in.

So the other day I stumbled upon a website by Christine Mielke who is AMAZING at doing eye makeup. Her website is http://www.temptalia.com, go to the "looks" section for the most amazing eye makeup ideas, tips and tricks. She's also got an amazing YouTube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/temptalia. Go have a look! Such an inspiration!

Here is a few of my personal favourites.

Pin-ups and everything 1950s

So last night I watched "The Notorious Bette Page" which was quite lovely, detaling the life and rise to fame of Bette Page, America's first sex symbol. This just fuelled my obsession with all things rockabilly and 1950s. So here's some love.

Purple Smokey Eye

Hey guys! So the other day I did my second makeup tutorial EVER for youtube.com. It went a lot better than the first... I can already notice myself getting the hang of things. So I decided to do a purple Smokey eye look, because right now I’m just LOVING purple! It’s such a feminine colour but can be sexy when transformed into a Smokey look, which I love! Hope you guys love it as much as I do!

Products used include:

Inglot eye shadow in ‘pearl 192’

Bys metallic palette in purples

Max factor 2000 calorie mascara

Rimmel eyeliner in jet black

Face of Australia liquid eyeliner
